In fact our chief distiller, Patrick Maguire is a fourth generation son of Tasmania whose expresses his passion and love of whisky through his distilling craftsmanship skills.

He is driven by a quiet belief that he produces a world class whisky sought by connoisseurs around the world.

Under his guidance and skill the Tasmania Distillery is a boutique producer of hand crafted small quantites of the purest single malt whisky in the 1860's design Alembic Charentais Copper Pot, still following the traditional methods first devised centuries ago.
